Return & Exchange Policy

Here at Posh, your satisfaction is our priority. We want to ensure you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return or exchange for any reason, we are here to help. Please read our guidelines below.

General Return Rules

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items purchased as a set must be returned as a complete set. We cannot process returns for incomplete sets.
  • Final Sale Items: All sales are final on baby leggings, tights, socks, hair accessories, hats, caps, swimwear, and any items purchased at a discount greater than 11% off. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

In-Store Pickup Policy

  • Same-Day: You are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method on the same day as your pickup.
  • Days 1 to 3: Returns made within 3 days of pickup are eligible for store credit only.
  • Returns are not accepted after 3 days from the pickup date.

Online Orders Policy

You can choose to receive your refund as money back, an exchange, or store credit. Refunds are processed within one week from the date we receive your package.

Step-by-Step Return Instructions

  1. Start Your Request: Log into our online portal within 3 days of receiving your package to request a return label or select an in-store drop-off. In-store drop-offs are only accepted if the request is first created through the portal.
  2. Ship or Drop Off within 6 Days: Print your shipping label and mail the package immediately, as the label expires 6 days after your delivery date. If you selected an in-store drop-off, it must also be completed within 6 days of receiving your order.
  3. Store Arrival Deadline: Mailed returns must physically arrive back at our store within 7 days of your original delivery date.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
  • If your original order qualified for free shipping (orders over $150) and is returned, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
