At Posh New York, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1โ€“2 business days (Mondayโ€“Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped.

  • Standard Shipping: 3โ€“7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2โ€“3 business days (where available)

  • Overnight Shipping: Available for select locations

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Posh New York is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes.
